This extra virgin olive oil with red garlic is produced by the Ursini family in Abruzzo, where basil, chilli and garlic plants are planted close to the olive groves. Fresh garlic is left to infuse in the olive oil until it has reached the desired flavour, then it is filtered and bottled, ready to use in your kitchen.
