A delicious extra virgin olive oil flavored with chili, created by simultaneously pressing olives and chilies, followed by an infusion to make the olive oil even more intense.
On the Ursini family's farm in Abruzzo, olive trees grow side by side with lemon trees, basil, chilli, garlic and other aromatic plants that have been planted around the olive grove. During the olive harvest, fresh chili is added directly to the press. The olive oil that is extracted naturally preserves the entire aromatic spectrum of chili. After pressing, the olive oil, which is already flavored with chili, is infused to make the flavor even more intense, and then it is filtered.
It is Giuseppe, the son of the Ursini family, who has proudly taken over the two-hundred-year-old family business and is responsible for finding the perfect balance every year to create this extra virgin olive oil with chilli.
