Les Terres Blanches - Flor de Sal Aveiro

Sourced from the historic, sun-drenched salt marshes of Aveiro—a coastal northern city affectionately nicknamed the "Little Venice of Portugal" due to its sweeping network of canals. Aveiro is regarded as the artisanal salt capital of the country. This flor de sel is nicknamed the "salt diamond" owing to its incredibly brilliant, glossy white coloration and structural purity. Hand-skimmed via traditional methods and transported across the marshes using historical "Mercantil" boats, it features a remarkably fine, delicate grain structure and a highly unique, subtle natural fragrance reminiscent of wild violets. It is exceptionally rich in minerals, packing over 80 trace elements and marine micronutrients.
